Slovakia Outreach:                          "A change of plans."
As you all know, we were planning on doing a weekend outreach to Slovakia, however, at the last moment it turned into a Hungarian weekend outreach! The church in Slovakia had recently planted a church in Tatabanya, Hungary, and this new church was hosting a Creation vs. Evolution Conference. They need some help so we went to the streets and passed out invitations for the conference. We also fellowshipped with the church there for that weekend. We were extremely blessed by their hospitality and it was amazing to sense their love for Christ, despite the language barriers!                                            Confrence in Tatabanya.

Finland Outreach:                  "God works outside of the box."
Before arriving in Finland we were thoroughly warned of the culture of the Finns, that they are a closed and cold people. A former couple of CCBCE, Bob and Mari, moved this January to Turku, Finland in hope of beginning a fellowship there. Three months later the attendance list read zero. But God worked miracle upon miracle while we were there. Before the first 'official' day of our outreach we already saw the first miracle. While we prayed over our pizza the Lord convicted the man at the table next to us, and afterward he came up, confessing his backslidden state, and asking if he could bring his wife and children to fellowship. Immediately after this, Bob's friend Michuchi joined us for pizza. Michuchi wanted to hang out so we decided to have a Bible Study and immediately after the study Michuchi accepted Jesus as his Lord and Savior. The next day we found him witnessing to his Muslim friends in a local café! All this was not even the first 'official' day of our outreach.

Summer in Slovenija:
We were praying what we should do for the summer, and the Lord clearly showed us that we should spend it in Slovenija. We really cannot avoid living by faith! Every step we have made, since the step of faith to get married in the summer of 2004, has been just another step of faith. The Lord has us in the position where

Lord will do!"
we must rely upon Him and Him alone. So this summer will be no different! And praise the Lord that we get to walk by faith! The Lord provided for us an apartment in Celje for the next three months, and possibly a job for Aleš. We look forward to fellowshipping with the church there, and who knows what else God might do!

A Look Into the Future:              "Next semester that is…"
Aleš has been invited to be an intern next semester. So, while Aleš does his year-long internship, Whitney will finish her last two semesters of Bible College! We look forward to another great year at CCBCE!

Prayer requests:
1.   The summer in Slovnenija:
        a.   Unified fellowship with the church in Celje;
        b.   Aleš' job opportunity;
        c.   Whitney's MP3 classes.
2.    That we would continue to faithfully pray for those ministered to through the outreaches.
3.    Our marriage to be everything He wants it to be.
